How to return an item
If you wish to return an item purchased at spain.myhydy.com, you have 14 days after the arrival of your order. The return is accepted as long as the item has not been used and all its labels and the original packaging are in perfect condition. Follow these steps to return an item:

Once we receive your request, you'll get a return label in PDF format via email

Print out the label and attach it to the parcel

Send the parcel back by submitting it at your local post office.

How to exchange or replace an item
You have 14 days after the order's arrival to request a return of your purchase from spain.myhydy.com. If you wish to replace an item, you need to request a return first and make a new order for the new item.
